Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the FastShare Chrome extension or website operated by Infatoz Technologies LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing the extension or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using FastShare, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use the service.
FastShare is a browser extension that enables peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfers between users via WebRTC technology. The service provides:

You may use FastShare for lawful personal, educational, or commercial file-sharing purposes. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Because FastShare is a peer-to-peer tool, we do not monitor, control, or have access to files transferred between users. You are solely responsible for the content you send and receive. We are not liable for any content transmitted using the service.
If you become aware of illegal content being shared via FastShare, please report it to the appropriate authorities and contact us at abuse@infatoz.com.
The FastShare extension, website, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Infatoz Technologies LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.
You retain full ownership of all files you transfer using FastShare. We claim no rights over your content.
Your use of FastShare is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
FastShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infatoz Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, FastShare — including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed INR 1,000 (or equivalent).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infatoz Technologies LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of FastShare, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
FastShare uses STUN servers provided by Google for NAT traversal. Use of these services is subject to Google's terms of service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of FastShare after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
